The CoverFlash CF-JAK disposable jacket is protective workwear designed for tasks where clothing needs to guard reliably against contamination. With its hood, zip fastener and elasticated cuffs and waist, it fits closely to the body and leaves little room for substances to get in. It suits industrial users as well as businesses looking to equip staff with extra disposable protective layers.
The material is polyethylene produced using flash-spun technology, resulting in a nonwoven fabric that is notably tear-resistant while staying lightweight and dry to the touch. The inward-facing seams mean there are no rough edges or seam lines to rub against the skin, which makes a real difference during longer wear. The zip comes with a covering flap, so there is no exposed gap at the front closure either.
The jacket is tested to EN 14126, a standard for protective clothing against infective agents. In practice, this means the fabric provides a barrier against biologically contaminated liquids and particles, relevant for work in cleaning, waste handling, animal care or healthcare-adjacent settings. As Category III PPE, type PB 6B, it is intended to protect against serious, irreversible health risks and should be handled accordingly.
