The SHOWA XW300 is a protective glove designed for tasks where hands face several hazards at once: sharp edges, cold and localised heat. Thanks to its double coating, it is well suited to outdoor work and cold storage environments where a standard glove simply is not enough.
The shell is made of 13G nylon on the outside, with an inner liner combining polyacrylic, Kevlar and steel, giving the glove its cut resistance while still allowing good finger dexterity. The first coating, a smooth, fully coated orange latex layer, protects against moisture and contact with surrounding elements, while the second coating of black latex foam on the palm provides a firm, secure grip even when handling cold or slightly damp materials.
The EN 388, EN 511 and EN 407 standards confirm the glove's mechanical, cold and heat protection. In practical terms, the XW300 achieves cut resistance level E under EN ISO 13997, offers level 1 contact heat protection under EN 407, and provides cold protection down to -30 °C. This keeps hands protected and grip secure during effective work in winter conditions or cold storage facilities.
The glove is sold as bulk packaging with a minimum order quantity of 4 units, making it suitable for professional use in sectors such as metalworking, cold chain logistics, winter construction work, or any environment where cut and cold protection are both required.
