The Prime-Flex 1/2" is a PVC water hose built for professional use, supplied as a 25-metre roll. It suits businesses and users who need a durable hose for daily handling, whether on construction sites, in landscaping and gardening work, or in general commercial settings where hoses get uncoiled, moved and rolled up on a regular basis.
The hose is made up of five layers: both the outer cover and the inner core are PVC, with a high-strength mesh fabric reinforcement in between. This construction shows in everyday handling through excellent flexibility, the hose lays out without kinking and holds its shape even under heavy, repeated use. A wall thickness of 2.1 mm and an inner diameter of 1/2 inch are built for sustained strain, while the hose still stays manageable for frequent use.
With an operating pressure of 10 bar at 20 °C and a temperature range from –15 °C to +50 °C, the Prime-Flex copes well with both cold and warm working conditions. Its UV resistance means the hose does not deteriorate prematurely when stored or used outdoors for extended periods, and it resists algae growth inside, keeping water quality stable over time.
