The Portwest Compositelite S1 safety boot is designed for anyone who regularly passes through metal detectors without wanting to stop and remove their footwear each time: it is fully metal-free, non-magnetic, and free of nickel and iron. That makes it a strong fit for airport staff and for employees working in areas with frequent security checks, while also appealing to anyone after a lightweight, no-fuss safety boot for everyday work.
Instead of a heavy steel toe cap, the boot uses a composite toe cap that noticeably reduces weight while still providing protection. The dual-density, two-layer PU outsole keeps the boot comfortable through long shifts, the padded collar adds extra comfort around the ankle, and the energy-absorbing seat area cushions impact while walking and standing.
The outsole meets the SRC slip-resistance rating, giving secure footing even on smooth ceramic and steel surfaces, and it also resists fuel and oil. Antistatic properties, CE certification and UKCA marking complete the specification. Available in black across sizes 36 to 49, the boot can be matched to almost any foot size across a workforce.
