The PW3 Hi-Vis Hybrid Quilted Jacket is a women's-fit hi-vis jacket built for anyone who needs to stay visible and protected in wet, cold, or changeable conditions. Its body-shaped design, raglan sleeves and stretch panels mean it moves with you rather than restricting reaching, twisting or bending, unlike boxier standard-issue workwear.
The ripstop outer fabric is hard-wearing and water-repellent, and thanks to the PFAS-free Texpel Splash Eco finish, rain beads off the surface instead of soaking in. Inside, the Insulatex lining traps warmth quickly and keeps the wearer comfortable in cold weather, with padded inserts adding extra warmth without bulk. Day-to-day details make a real difference too: the long side pockets with dual access still work when you're wearing a belt, while the elasticated cuffs and chin guard keep draughts out and the fit secure.
The jacket is certified to EN ISO 20471, tested after 25 washes, so the hi-vis colour and reflective tape keep performing even with regular cleaning. The heat-resistant, flame-retardant reflective tape stays visible whenever light hits it, helping the wearer be seen early on site or in traffic. The fabric is also rated UPF 40+, blocking 98% of UV rays, a real benefit for anyone spending long hours working outdoors.
