The PW3 Hi-Vis Women's Softshell Jacket is the female-fit version of the popular T402, designed and tested by women so that high-visibility workwear actually fits the way it should. With a feminine cut and the Warnschutz-Tex Pro band for excellent freedom of movement, it's built for professionals who need to stand out without compromising on comfort.
The three-layer fabric is breathable, windproof and water-repellent, and genuinely durable for daily wear. The PFAS-free Texpel Splash Eco finish makes water bead straight off the surface rather than soaking in, which in practice means staying dry and comfortable even in changeable weather. Ribbed cuffs, an adjustable drawcord at the hem and a curved back hem add warmth and a secure, flattering fit. Four pockets, including a zipped chest pocket, two zipped side pockets, a concealed phone pocket and a removable ID card pocket, keep essentials organised, while a radio loop lets you clip a microphone in place with ease.
The jacket is certified to EN ISO 20471 after 50 washes, so its visibility performance holds up even with regular use over time. Heat-resistant, flame-retardant reflective tape in contrasting colours ensures reliable visibility on site, and the UPF 40+ rated fabric blocks 98% of UV rays. It's CE certified and UKCA marked, and the orange version also meets RIS 3279-TOM for use in the rail industry.
