Product information "PVC Boot S5 2420"
The PVC Boot S5 from Blaklader is a one-piece safety boot built for anyone working in wet, muddy or dirty conditions. It suits bricklayers and tilers, gardeners and road or construction workers, concrete workers, fishermen and forestry workers, as well as drivers who move regularly between vehicle and site. A practical feature is the adjustable shaft height: three guide lines show where the boot can be manually cut down, letting it be shaped to different working situations.
The PVC upper makes the boot fully waterproof and easy to clean, which makes it a dependable choice for rain, mud and wet sites. Inside, a polyester lining adds comfort for extended wear throughout the working day. The PVC outsole is also oil-repellent and antistatic, improving grip on dirty or oily surfaces and adding stability underfoot on the job.
The boot meets EN ISO 20345:2011 S5 SRA. The steel toe cap protects the toes against falling objects, while the steel midsole guards against sharp objects penetrating from below, such as nails. The SRA marking confirms tested slip resistance on ceramic tile floors with cleaning agent, and the S5 rating additionally covers the boot's full waterproofness. This makes it suited to work environments where both wet conditions and mechanical hazards to the feet are a concern.
