The PREVENT® hi-vis parka 3150 is the long weatherproof jacket for anyone who needs to stay visible while working outdoors in wind and rain. With its quilted lining and a hood that can be tucked into the collar when not needed, it works as a full winter jacket or, once the lining is unzipped, as a lighter option for milder weather.
The outer fabric is 100% polyester with a PU coating, and all seams are welded rather than just stitched. In practice this means no water gets through the seams or the fabric itself, and wind stays outside. The drawstring at the waist and hem, together with the adjustable Velcro cuffs, keep the jacket sitting close to the body even when moving around or when the weather turns, without feeling restrictive.
The jacket is certified to EN 343, the standard for protective clothing against rain, fog and moisture in the air – exactly what is expected from outdoor weatherproof workwear. As Category II PPE, it reliably covers straightforward protection needs. The 3M reflective tape running around the body and sleeves, plus the shoulder reflectors, add strong visibility at dusk and in the dark.
Two chest pockets and two side pockets with flaps, along with an inner zip pocket, offer plenty of room for tools, a phone or paperwork. That makes this parka a solid choice for road workers, logistics staff, landscapers and anyone else who needs reliable outdoor protection whatever the weather.
