The PLANAM Meat Handling Coat from the Food collection is designed for men working in meat and food processing, warehousing and logistics, or hygiene-sensitive environments. It comes in pure white and is available from size S right through to 4XL, covering a wide range of body types. The hood and covered press stud facing help the coat sit securely in cool, damp working conditions, with no exposed fasteners that could interfere with the work area.
The fabric is a diagonal twill made from 65 % polyester and 35 % cotton, weighing approximately 280 g/m² and brushed on the inside. This combination feels comfortable against the skin while standing up to the daily demands of processing and production work. The shoulders and the tops of the sleeves, the areas that see the most wear on a work coat, are reinforced with double-layered fabric, extending the garment's working life exactly where it matters most. The press stud cuffs can be adjusted to fit different gloves and sleeve widths.
For everyday practicality, the coat features two side pockets with flaps that fasten with press studs, keeping small items securely in place. Inside, there's an additional pocket on the right and an inner pocket with a separate mobile phone pocket on the left, giving wearers a safe, accessible place for personal belongings without compromising product contact areas.
Thanks to its cut and features, the coat is well suited to work in meat processing and food production, as well as related fields such as warehousing, logistics and healthcare, wherever clean, functional workwear is required.
