The PLANAM MG 260 workwear coat is a classic protective coat for anyone who wants their everyday clothing shielded during work. The collar with lapel and press stud facing give it a neat, practical fit, while two reinforced side pockets, a reinforced chest pocket and an inner pocket provide plenty of room for tools and personal items. The adjustable cuffs let you tailor the fit to the task at hand.
The coat is made from a blend of 65 % polyester and 35 % cotton in a diagonal twill weave, weighing approximately 260 g/m². This combination makes the coat noticeably more hard-wearing than plain cotton garments in daily use, while still feeling light and comfortable to wear. Because the fabric is shrink-resistant in accordance with DIN EN ISO 6330, the coat keeps its shape reliably wash after wash.
The MG 260 is designed primarily as an outer layer that protects the clothing worn underneath from dirt and general wear, whether on site, in the workshop or on the way to a client. It does not offer certified protection against specific hazards, but rather a sturdy, long-lasting barrier for everyday working conditions.
This makes the coat a practical choice across a wide range of trades, including construction and metalworking, manufacturing, warehousing and logistics, electrical and building services installation, landscaping and garden work, painting and decorating, and woodworking. With 24 sizes and six colours, including royal blue, burgundy, mid green, white, hydron blue and grey, it can be matched precisely to individual employees or whole teams.
