The BW 290 Cargo Dungarees from PLANAM are a classic workwear dungaree built for anyone on site who needs tools, a folding rule and small parts close at hand throughout the day, whether on a construction site, in a workshop or in a warehouse. Available in 24 sizes from 24 to 110 and seven colours ranging from cornflower blue to khaki, they can be matched to individual workers or fitted out across an entire team.
The dungarees are made from 100 per cent cotton in a heavy diagonal twill weave of around 290 g/m². This dense fabric makes the material hard-wearing and pleasantly robust for daily use, while cotton itself stays skin-friendly and breathable, which makes a real difference during long shifts. The fabric is also shrink-resistant in accordance with DIN EN ISO 6330, so the fit holds up wash after wash.
While these dungarees don't carry a personal protective equipment standard, their sturdy construction is clearly built for the working day. The knee cushion pockets hold protective pads and take the strain off the knees when kneeling, while the many pockets - including the bib pocket with brass zip, the ruler pocket and the thigh pocket - keep tools and accessories secure and within easy reach. Adjustable side slits and clip buckles allow the fit to be tailored to the wearer, and the high back with its solidly constructed middle section adds extra support.
