The PLANAM Basalt winter jacket from the Outdoor collection is the weatherproof top layer for anyone who has to work outside through rain and cold. It's built for tough site conditions while still delivering everyday wearing comfort, from the detachable, adjustable hood to the mobile phone pocket on the sleeve.
The outer shell is made of 100% polyester with a TPU laminate, and the padding and lining are also 100% polyester. The seams are glued, which in practice means moisture can't get through even at the stitch lines. The tough fabric holds up to daily wear on site without looking worn out after a few weeks of hard use.
Waterproof, windproof and breathable are the three properties that actually protect on site: rain and wind stay out, while moisture building up inside can escape instead of getting trapped in the lining. Reflective piping on the front and back improves visibility, useful around site traffic or when working in low light. Adjustable cuffs, a drawstring at the waist and a zip that runs up to the chin let you fine-tune the fit to the weather and the job at hand, while two waterproof chest pockets and side pockets with zip closure keep gear dry and within reach.
That makes the Basalt winter jacket a solid choice for anyone working outdoors in winter: on construction sites, in metalworking, in production, warehousing and logistics, or for installation and electrical work outdoors. Available in black, sizes S to XXXL.
