Product information "Optiflex Gloves Optimate"
The Opti Flex® Optimate is a seamless fine-knit glove with a nitrile coating, built for tasks where dexterity and a secure grip both matter. Its 15-gauge knit gives a close, precise fit without seams that could get in the way, making it a good match for assembly work, logistics, or handling small parts.
The liner is made from polyamide with an elastane content, so it stretches with the hand and stays comfortable to wear over longer shifts. The nitrile foam coating, combined with a water-based polyurethane layer, is kept thin on purpose to preserve tactile feel, yet it still holds up well against mechanical wear and against oils and greases. Even smooth or oily objects stay firmly in grip. A practical touch for daily use: the glove is washable at 40 degrees and works with touchscreens, so smartphones or tablets can be operated without taking it off.
On the protection side, the Optimate is tested to EN 388 for mechanical risks such as abrasion, cuts, and puncture, and additionally reaches Level 1 for contact heat under EN 407, meaning it offers protection during brief contact with warm surfaces. That makes it suitable for work that combines everyday mechanical strain with occasional contact with heated materials.
Supplied as bulk goods with a minimum order of 12 pairs, the Optimate is aimed particularly at trade buyers who need reliable gloves in larger quantities, for example in assembly, workshop, or warehouse settings.
