Product information "Optiflex Arm Protector Buenos Aires"
The Optiflex® Buenos Aires arm guard protects the forearm and wrist in situations where gloves alone are not enough. At approximately 45 cm long, it covers the entire forearm and is suited to any task where cut or heat hazards extend beyond the hand. A thumb hole keeps the guard securely in place during work, while the hook-and-loop fastening at the upper arm allows for a firm, individual fit.
The fabric blends cut-resistant fibre, polyamide and elastane, and contains no steel or glass fibre, which keeps it comfortable against the skin without compromising protection. The stretch construction and breathable material make it comfortable to wear even over longer periods, without feeling stiff or bulky. OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certification further confirms that the material has been tested for harmful substances.
Under EN 388, the arm guard achieves cut protection level D, offering reliable defence against mechanical cuts from sharp edges or blades. Its EN 407 rating of heat protection level 1 adds a basic level of protection against heat exposure. This combination makes the guard a practical addition wherever arms are exposed to both cutting and heat risks during daily work, such as in metalworking, cutting and assembly tasks, or trades handling sharp-edged materials. Supplied as bulk goods from a minimum order of 5 units, it is well suited to equipping entire teams.
