The NOMEX® COMFORT bib overall DEALH01 from the Mauser product line is built for anyone working in environments with a risk of electrostatic discharge who still expects a well-thought-out cut. The overalls come with a pocket layout designed for real everyday use: a bib pocket with a concealed zip, two side pockets, a ruler pocket, two side entry pockets and a rear pocket with flap. The braces are made from the same fabric as the overalls and feature an elastic section together with plastic buckles, giving a comfortable fit that stays in place even during movement.
The fabric is made from 98% aramid and 2% antistatic fibre, finished with an FC treatment at a weight of 260g/m². This composition makes the material sturdy and shape-retaining without feeling stiff, which makes a real difference when worn throughout a full shift. The FC finish further supports the fabric's resistance to the demands of daily work.
The overalls meet the EN 1149 standard, which governs the antistatic properties of protective clothing. This makes them suitable for environments where dissipating electrostatic charge matters, for instance to help prevent sparking caused by discharge. Classified as PPE Category II, the overalls are designed for tasks involving a moderate level of risk.
Available in blue and in 15 sizes ranging from 44 to 110, the overalls can be matched precisely to different body types, making them a practical choice for companies looking to equip their workforce consistently.
