Product information "NBR - C / 52- Construction and Industrial Hose"
The C/52 construction and industrial hose made of NBR is built for applications where hoses face heavy mechanical strain and contact with a wide range of substances. With an operating pressure of 17 bar and a roll length of 20 metres, it is designed for tough use on construction sites as well as in industrial settings.
The outer layer is made of ribbed NBR, while the smooth inner NBR layer supports good flow. The longitudinal ribs on the outside give the hose high abrasion resistance, so it holds up well even on rough ground or when dragged repeatedly over sharp surfaces, while still remaining flexible enough for everyday handling. The material resists ageing, UV exposure and ozone, and also withstands many solvents, oils, fuels and alkalis, making it suitable for use with chemically demanding substances as well. A temperature range of -20°C to +80°C means it can be used reliably in both cold and hot conditions.
The hose comes fully assembled with long, reusable STORZ suction couplings featuring a protected wire binding for extra grip and durability, and it also includes a leakage slide valve. This combination of tough material and sturdy couplings makes it a dependable choice for businesses looking for a resilient suction and delivery hose for daily use on building sites or in industrial operations.
