The Modaflame Knit FR hooded sweat jacket FR81 is built for anyone facing heat or arc flash hazards at work who still wants the comfort of an everyday hoodie. Its flame resistance is built into the fibre itself rather than applied as a finish, so it doesn't wash out over time, a real advantage over treated fabrics that lose protection with repeated laundering.
The high cotton content gives it the soft, familiar feel of a standard sweatshirt, making it comfortable to wear through long shifts. The knitted hem and ribbed cuffs help it sit well and add extra warmth, while the two roomy front pockets hold tools or small items and double as hand warmers on cold days.
