The Fermo lace-up boot is a safety shoe built for trades where hygiene matters just as much as protection, such as food processing or medical-technical environments. Its white finish makes it an obvious choice wherever cleanliness needs to be visible and workwear is colour-coded accordingly.
The upper is made from microfibre, giving it a smooth, easy-to-clean surface that can be washed at up to 30 °C when needed. The ergonomically shaped, padded collar works together with the padded dust flap to keep the boot comfortable even over long shifts, while the plastic eyelet lacing stays unaffected by moisture and corrosion. Inside, the antibacterial lining keeps the foot climate noticeably fresher throughout the day, and the anatomically shaped insole helps reduce fatigue during long periods of standing.
Certified to EN ISO 20345 in class S2 SRC, the Fermo protects with a corrosion-free steel toe cap against impact and compression hazards and offers water-resistant properties. The SRC rating means the sole has been tested for slip resistance on both ceramic tile with detergent and steel with glycerine. The two-layer PU outsole is also antistatic and resistant to oil and acid, making it dependable even in contact with aggressive cleaning agents or operational substances.
