The Nitras MOTION TEX LIGHT is a softshell jacket built for anyone who needs reliable protection against wind and rain while working outdoors, without sacrificing freedom of movement. Its sporty regular fit, cut for men, makes it suitable for professional use as well as everyday wear where weatherproof clothing with real wearing comfort matters.
The soft softshell fabric, weighing 310 g/sqm, feels comfortable against the skin, and its stretch content allows for easy movement, whether bending down or reaching overhead. The extended back panel shields against draughts, while the hook-and-loop fastener and elasticated cuffs, along with the drawstring hem, keep the jacket close to the body even in windy conditions. The full-length YKK zipper with chin guard and double-layered inner windstopper completes the construction and makes a real difference on colder days when no draught should get through.
The outer fabric withstands heavy rain thanks to a water column of 8,000 mmH2O, while remaining comfortable to wear with a breathability rating of 2,000 g/sqm/24h, letting moisture escape from the inside. Reflective elements improve visibility at dusk or in the dark, a genuine advantage on construction sites, in road traffic, or during outdoor work. The inner, chest and side pockets provide ample storage for tools, a phone or paperwork, and the optionally available detachable hood adds flexibility depending on the weather and the task at hand.
