The Renz hi-vis work trousers are built for anyone working outdoors in wind and rain who also needs to stay visible – think road works, civil engineering, logistics or general construction sites. The fluorescent yellow finish with navy contrast panels delivers both high visibility and the kind of practical comfort features that make a real difference on the job.
The outer fabric is a tough Oxford weave made from 100% polyester with a PU coating, giving the trousers durability while keeping them supple to wear. The seams are welded rather than stitched, which keeps water from seeping in exactly where needle holes would otherwise let it through. With a water column rating of 2,000 mm, the trousers hold up well in sustained rain. For everyday comfort, an elasticated waistband and two adjustable buttons let you fine-tune the fit, while a zip at the inside leg makes it easier to put the trousers on and off over safety boots. Pass-through pockets also give access to clothing worn underneath.
The trousers are certified to EN ISO 20471 Class 1, providing a baseline level of visibility suited to situations with moderate exposure to vehicle traffic. Under EN 343, rated 4/4/X, they combine waterproofing with breathability, so they keep the rain out without trapping heat and moisture during movement. Compliance with EN ISO 13688 further confirms they meet the general requirements for protective clothing in terms of construction and material quality.
