This High Vis winter jacket from Blaklader is built for anyone who needs to stay visible and protected outdoors in cold, wind and rain: tradespeople, drivers, roofers, and road and construction workers. It pairs high-visibility protection with genuine winter performance, and its generous pocket layout, from chest and front pockets to two interior pockets for gloves or small items, keeps everything you need close at hand.
The outer shell is a hard-wearing, coated stretch polyester twill that's waterproof to 11,000 mm and windproof, yet still breathable (Ret 6.3) so moisture can escape rather than build up inside. Taped, sealed seams keep water out at the stitch lines, while the warm quilted and mesh lining holds heat without trapping bulk during movement. Darker colour panels in high-wear areas help the jacket stay presentable even on tough jobs, and adjustable thumbhole cuffs with hook-and-loop fastening plus a drawcord waist keep cold air and wind from getting in.
The jacket meets EN ISO 20471 in class 2 or class 3 depending on colour and size, ensuring strong visibility on roads and building sites. It's also certified to EN 343 for protection against rain and wind, and EN 342 for cold protection, confirming it as proper cold-weather workwear for outdoor winter use. A detachable, helmet-compatible hood with warm lining and wide 50 mm reflective strips across the body, sleeves, shoulders and hood complete the protective package.
