This hi-vis winter jacket from Blaklader is designed for anyone who needs to stay warm, dry and visible while working outdoors in cold conditions. It's aimed at tradespeople, drivers, and road and construction workers who spend their winter days on site and rely on dependable protection against wind, rain and low temperatures. The extended back panel adds extra coverage, keeping cold draughts out even when bending or working in awkward positions.
The outer fabric is a sturdy twill blend of 70% polyester and 30% cotton at 230g/m², finished with a water-repellent treatment that holds up well to everyday exposure to rain and damp conditions. Inside, a fixed lining with fleece in the collar and body area, plus quilted lining in the sleeves, provides warmth without restricting movement. Adjustable cuffs with velcro and an adjustable waist with a button let you fine-tune the fit, while the concealed, reinforced plastic zip keeps working reliably even with frequent use. A range of pockets, including a lined double pocket, an inner pocket with velcro closure and a phone pocket, keep essentials organised and close at hand.
The jacket is certified to EN ISO 20471 Class 3, the highest class for high-visibility clothing, making it a strong choice for work that demands maximum visibility, such as jobs near moving traffic. Wide 50mm reflective stripes across the body, sleeves and shoulders help ensure the wearer stays visible even in low light.
