The Juan hi-vis sweatshirt is built for anyone who needs to stay visible on the job without giving up comfort. Whether on construction sites, in road works or warehouses, the fluorescent orange sweatshirt delivers strong signal visibility and is available from XS to 5XL for a proper fit across the team.
The outer fabric is a blend of 65% polyester and 35% cotton at around 280 g/m², giving the sweatshirt a sturdy yet pleasant feel against the skin. A soft cotton lining keeps it comfortable to wear through long shifts, while the elasticated knit cuffs and hem ensure a secure, snug fit. Rated for up to 25 washes at 40°C, it holds up well under regular workwear use.
Visibility performance is certified to EN ISO 20471 Class 3, with sizes XS to M rated Class 2 - the higher the class, the larger the area of reflective and fluorescent material, meaning better visibility in low light or poor conditions. Sewn-in reflective stripes reinforce this effect. EN 13758-2 confirms the fabric's UV protection, and EN ISO 13688 sets the general requirements for protective clothing. In Germany, purchase of this sweatshirt can be subsidised through the BG Bau, making procurement easier for businesses.
