These high vis shorts from Blåkläder are built for anyone who needs to stay visible and mobile in warm weather, from tradespeople and road and construction workers to drivers and landscapers. Based on the proven High Vis trousers 1552, this shorts version adds stretch panels at the crotch and seat that keep you moving freely on site or behind the wheel. Available for both men and women in ten sizes from C44 to C62.
The outer fabric is a sturdy twill weave of 65% polyester and 35% cotton at 240 g/m², finished with a water-repellent treatment that keeps the shorts comfortable to wear in light rain or damp working conditions. The tool pockets and rule pocket are further reinforced with CORDURA®, so they hold up well to the daily wear of tools being pulled in and out. Reinforced seams at the crotch add extra durability exactly where work trousers take the most strain.
Certified as a class 2 high vis garment under EN ISO 20471, the shorts combine 50 mm and 60 mm wide reflective tape with reflective material running around the legs, keeping you visible in traffic and on site even in low light. The fabric also meets Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and carries the OEKO-TEX® MADE IN GREEN label.
Storage is well thought out, with a seat pocket with flap, a leg pocket with bellows and pen pocket, a phone pocket, an ID pocket and loops including one with a D-ring. That makes these shorts a practical choice for anyone on site or on the road who needs tools and small items close at hand throughout the day.
