This hi-vis work trouser from Blaklader is designed for professionals who need to stay visible and comfortable on construction sites, road works or industrial jobs. The modern, ergonomically shaped fit with pre-formed legs moves naturally with the body, so kneeling, bending and long shifts feel less restrictive.
The fabric is a 230 g/m² twill made from 70% polyester and 30% cotton with a water-repellent finish, which keeps the trousers performing reliably in wet and dirty conditions. The CORDURA®-reinforced knee pad pockets take the extra strain of kneeling work without wearing out prematurely at that stress point. Since the trousers are suitable for industrial washing according to EN ISO 15797, they hold up well under frequent professional laundering, which matters for everyday commercial use.
The hi-vis features meet EN ISO 20471 Class 2, a mid-level visibility rating that covers many jobs involving vehicle or machinery traffic. Reflective strips around the leg hems improve how well the wearer is seen from different angles, particularly at dusk or in the dark. Combined with certain knee pads, the trousers also meet EN 14404-3, which relates to protecting the knees during kneeling work.
With a wide range of pockets, including a rule pocket with knife holder, leg pockets with gusset and flap, and an inner phone pocket, these trousers are built with real site work in mind.
