Product information "Full Face Mask without Filter, BLS 2150"
The BLS® 2150 full face mask from Feldtmann is built for anyone who needs dependable respiratory and eye protection at work and prefers to choose filters to suit the task at hand. The mask itself is supplied without a filter but connects to standard filters via a round thread fitting to EN 148-1. At just 458 grams, it's a notably lightweight option, which makes a real difference during extended wear.
The face piece is made from thermoplastic rubber, giving a flexible fit that seals well against the skin, while the visor is made of polycarbonate, a material known for impact resistance combined with clear visibility. The 6-point harness with an EPDM strap allows the mask to be adjusted precisely and held securely in place. One practical detail: the airflow design is engineered to keep the visor from fogging up, so no separate anti-fog coating is needed. Two exhalation valves help keep breathing resistance comfortable, and a built-in speech diaphragm keeps communication clear even while wearing the mask.
The mask is certified to EN 136 Class 2, a standard that governs full face masks used for respiratory protection and ensures the seal, field of view and material durability all meet defined safety requirements. Its high resistance to chemicals makes it a solid choice for demanding work environments, and straightforward maintenance keeps it practical for regular use in commercial settings.
The wide field of view provides good all-round visibility on the job, a clear advantage in settings that demand close attention or involve restricted movement. The mask suits use across industry and skilled trades, wherever respiratory protection needs to be paired with a filter chosen for the specific task.
