The Blaklader ELITE welding boot is built for anyone who regularly works with heat and sparks, from welders to metalworking tradespeople. With a unisex fit and dedicated women's lasts in sizes 35 to 39, it accommodates a wide range of feet, and the wide fitting keeps it comfortable through long shifts on your feet.
The full-grain leather upper gives the boot a tough yet supple feel, while the polyester lining and breathable soft PU insole keep your feet dry throughout the day. The anatomically shaped insole supports the foot during hours of standing work, and the Freelock system with its leather-covered, Velcro-secured tongue makes putting the boots on and taking them off noticeably easier, all while keeping dirt and sparks out.
The nitrile outsole withstands temperatures up to 300°C and is further protected by an integrated foil heat shield, making it well suited to contact with hot workpieces and welding spatter. The composite toe cap guards against impact and compression without adding unnecessary weight, while the textile penetration protection meets the PL standard against sharp objects underfoot. The ESD properties safely dissipate static charge, and the sole is also oil- and water-repellent as well as slip-resistant. Certified to EN ISO 20345:2022 in class S3L FO SR HRO HI LG WG, the boot covers the key requirements for welding and heat-exposed workplaces.
