DeepBlue 5-in-1 Combination Self-Test COVID-19, Influenza A/B, RSV, Adenovirus, 1 Test

The DeepBlue 5-in-1 combination self-test checks a single nasal swab for five common respiratory pathogens: SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19), influenza A, influenza B, RSV and adenovirus. It is intended as a self-test for lay users.

Its advantage over a COVID-only test is the distinction it makes: influenza, RSV and a COVID-19 infection start with similar symptoms but lead to different decisions at work. According to the manufacturer the pack contains a test cassette, sterile nasal swab, extraction tube with buffer solution, disposal bag and the instructions for use.

Performance and certification per the manufacturer documentation: SARS-CoV-2 sensitivity 96.8 % and specificity 100 %; influenza A+B and RSV each above 99 %; adenovirus sensitivity 99 %, specificity above 99 %. Result after 15 minutes. Store at 2 to 30 °C, do not freeze; shelf life 24 months. CE 3018 under EU Regulation 2017/746 (IVDR), class C for self-testing, notified body Sertio Oy; certificate valid until 21 March 2030. Users under the age of 15 should carry out the test under the supervision of an adult.
