The DX4 rain jacket is built for anyone who works outdoors in all weather and still needs to move freely. What sets it apart from a stiff, traditional rain jacket is the dynamic 4-way stretch fabric, which flexes with the body so the ergonomic profile, raglan sleeves and pre-shaped elbows never get in the way when reaching or working overhead. The extended back length and rounded back hem keep cold draughts off your back when bending or kneeling.
The fabric carries a highly water-repellent finish that makes water bead off the surface instead of soaking in, and every seam is sealed or taped to stop water getting through at the joins, which is usually the weak point of a rain jacket. Storm cuffs, an adjustable hood, a chin guard and hook-and-loop cuff closures let you fine-tune the fit against the weather, while reinforced stress points mean the jacket holds up to daily use on site or out on the road.
Five pockets, including zipped chest pockets, side zip pockets and a secure inner pocket, give you plenty of room for tools, phone and paperwork, and the radio loop keeps a handheld radio within easy reach. Reflective trim improves visibility in low light, making the jacket a practical choice for roadside work, construction sites and emergency or security services. It is CE certified and UKCA marked, and the branding-ready surface also makes it well suited to corporate workwear programmes.
