The CT45 from the CT collection is a cut-resistant glove built for tasks where hand injuries are a real risk but fine motor control still matters. Unlike many gloves in its protection class, it contains no glass or steel fibres, making it more comfortable to wear and a practical choice for environments where such fibres would be unwelcome or even hazardous.
The seamless 18-gauge liner is fully breathable, giving the glove a close fit that preserves tactile sensitivity rather than dulling it. Its nitrile foam coating provides a secure grip in both dry and wet or oily conditions, a real advantage for anyone moving between different work environments during the day. According to the manufacturer, the cut protection is maintained for up to ten washes, so the glove can be cleaned regularly without immediately losing its protective performance.
The CT45 meets cut protection level D and ANSI cut level A4, and it carries CE certification. It also withstands brief contact heat of up to 100°C, which extends its usefulness to jobs near warm surfaces. The OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certification confirms that the material has been tested for harmful substances.
Being silicone-free, the glove is particularly suited to manufacturing, painting, electronics work, and glass handling, wherever silicone contamination would be a problem. It also holds up well in general metal and sheet handling, where sharp edges and burrs are part of the daily routine. Touchscreen compatibility means it can stay on the hand even when operating a display is part of the job.
