The Clyde Safety Boot S3 HRO CI HI FO from the Portwest® Pro collection is a classically styled work boot built for environments where feet face mechanical stress, heat and moisture in equal measure. Its protective TPU toe cap boosts impact resistance in the most exposed area of the boot, noticeably extending its working life.
The full-grain leather upper is water-repellent, keeping moisture out from the outside, while a moisture-wicking lining regulates warmth and sweat on the inside, backed by thermal insulation for extra warmth in cold conditions. The wide fit leaves room for thicker socks or slight swelling after long shifts without compromising how the boot sits on the foot.
Safety class S3 combines a steel toe cap with a penetration-resistant steel midsole, giving reliable protection against impact, compression and sharp objects underfoot. HRO indicates a sole rated heat-resistant up to 300 °C, CI stands for cold insulation and HI for heat insulation, both valuable when moving between cold and hot work settings. FO marks resistance to fuel and oil. The directly injected PU/rubber outsole with dual density and flex zones adds slip resistance, ladder grip and strong energy absorption with every step, while the antistatic construction limits static build-up during the working day.
This makes the Clyde a strong fit for industry, construction, logistics and any outdoor work where changing weather, heavy loads and slippery or hot surfaces are part of the daily routine.
