This 2-point chin strap is the right accessory for anyone who wants their safety helmet to stay firmly in place during movement, wind, or when bending the head forward. It fits the 4003-Industrie, 40031-Meister and 4004-Bob helmets and can be retrofitted easily wherever a secure fit is essential, such as on scaffolding, when climbing while wearing a helmet, or during work that involves frequent bending and straightening up.
The strap is made of black and red polyester about 15 mm wide and is adjustable in length, allowing it to be fitted to different head shapes. The white plastic chin cup sits comfortably against the chin, while the black plastic quick-release buckle allows fast opening and closing without tools or fiddling, which in daily use means quicker helmet removal and refitting, even while wearing gloves.
