The Blaklader Cradle S1PL safety shoe is built for anyone who needs cool, lightweight footwear in warm conditions or indoor settings, without giving up on protection. Mesh panels on the sides keep air moving, while the Freelock system makes putting the shoes on and taking them off quick and easy. That makes this shoe a strong fit for warehouse, service, logistics and industrial work, though it is also worn by tradespeople, drivers, electricians, floor layers, cleaners and painters. With its wide fit and women's lasts available in sizes 35 to 39, it works well across a range of foot shapes.
The upper is made from hard-wearing microfibre, giving the shoe everyday durability while staying comfortable to wear. Inside, an anatomically shaped insole in soft PU with a textile top layer helps absorb moisture and keeps feet drier during longer shifts. The polyester lining adds to this comfort, while the rubber outsole with PU midsole delivers a springy yet stable step.
The shoe meets EN ISO 20345:2022 in class S1PL FO SR SC. The composite toe cap, reinforced with KPU, protects toes from impact and pressure without adding unnecessary weight. The textile penetration protection, built to the PL standard, guards the sole against sharp objects while staying more flexible than traditional steel inserts. The outsole resists oil and fuel (FO), offers slip resistance (SR) and is antistatic, and the shoe is ESD tested and approved to IEC 61340-5-1, making it suitable for workplaces with sensitive electronics.
This mix of breathability, protective features and easy handling makes the Cradle S1PL a solid choice for warehouses, service companies, logistics centres and industrial settings where standing and walking make up much of the working day.
