These brush-cutter trousers from the Allround-Warnschutz line are designed for anyone working with a strimmer or brush cutter in forestry, landscaping or municipal green space maintenance. They combine certified hi-vis protection with safety and comfort features tailored precisely to this kind of work, making them a purpose-built garment rather than a generic all-rounder.
The main fabric of cotton and recycled polyester is sturdy and practical for everyday wear, while the tough secondary fabric with Lyocell (Tencel™) adds extra durability at high-wear points such as the hem and front leg. Targeted 4-way stretch panels with a high Sorona® content give noticeable freedom of movement when bending, lunging or crouching, without the fit shifting out of place. Two mesh-backed ventilation zips on each trouser leg at the back keep things considerably cooler during physically demanding work, and the Sorona® stretch zones flex well while holding their shape.
The trousers are certified to EN ISO 20471 class 1, which matters for visibility on roads, construction sites or in rail and port environments – the wide, segmented reflective strips on the thighs stay clearly visible over time thanks to the dirt-resistant contrast colour used at exposed areas. For work with a brush cutter, built-in impact protection in the front of the leg, reaching to mid-thigh, guards against flying stones and wood splinters, and the tick guard integrated into the hem, with wind flap and elastic knitted insert, noticeably reduces the surface exposed to parasites in tall grass or undergrowth. One important note: these trousers do not provide cut protection.
Wide belt loops sized for a brush-cutter mounting plate, a braces attachment at the inner waistband and a secured thigh pocket make these trousers practical for everyday use in landscaping, forestry and municipal work. They are also suitable for industrial laundering, making them a good fit for businesses with their own laundry cycle.
