These unisex ESD trousers are built for anyone working in electronics manufacturing or related fields, where static discharge can damage sensitive components. They combine reliable protection with everyday wearability on the job.
Carbon fibre woven throughout the fabric gives the trousers their inherent antistatic and ESD properties, so the protection is built into the material itself rather than added on. The half-elasticated waistband keeps the fit secure yet comfortable, and the lightweight fabric helps reduce fatigue during long shifts. Six pockets, including two side, two rear and two cargo pockets, provide generous storage for tools and small parts.
Tested to EN 61340-5-1, the trousers meet the requirements for ESD protective clothing in environments where electronic components need to be shielded from static build-up. They are also CE certified and UKCA marked, covering use in both the EU and the UK.
Available in Black, Hamilton Blue, Navy and Zoom Grey, the range now spans ten sizes from XS to 4XL, making it easier to find a proper fit across different body types.
