This ESD sweatshirt is built for anyone working in electrostatically sensitive environments who still wants a comfortable, wearable hoodie. The full front zip makes it easy to put on and take off quickly, which matters in fast-paced ESD workplaces. The fabric is a blend of 96% cotton and 4% carbon fibre, knitted as a single-jersey mix. The high cotton content keeps it soft against the skin, while the carbon fibres woven into the fabric give it its antistatic properties without changing the feel of the material. Ribbed knit cuffs and a ribbed hem help it sit well and keep warmth in, and the fully elasticated waistband adds all-day comfort and freedom of movement. Two generous front pockets plus two side pockets offer practical storage for small items.
Tested to EN 61340-5-1, the sweatshirt is designed for use in ESD environments, where electrostatic discharge can damage sensitive components or disrupt processes.
