Impact breaker 1/2" 620 mm – impact wrench attachment for stubborn fasteners.
Bolted connections that have sat for years under heat and corrosion rarely yield to an ordinary spanner. A slogging spanner is built to take hammer blows on its striking face and pass the force straight to the bolt.
The range includes impact tools from BGS such as a power impact breaker with 12.5 mm (1/2 inch) drive and 620 mm length. The wrench size has to match the bolt exactly, because a loose fit rounds off the corners at the first blow. Length and mass of the tool determine how much torque can be applied.
