Product information "teXXor Schweißerhandschuhe ARGON I"
The teXXor® ARGON I welding gloves are built for anyone who needs dependable hand protection during welding and deburring work without giving up grip and dexterity. The 5-finger design with a set-in thumb allows more freedom of movement than bulky mitts, making it easier to handle tools and electrodes with precision.
They're made from goat/sheep nappa leather with a thickness of 0.7-0.8 mm, unlined and uncoated. That combination gives the glove a comfortable, supple feel on the hand while still offering a tough, durable build that holds up to rough daily use in workshops. The extended cuff - bringing the glove to around 35 cm in total length in size 10 - adds extra protection for the wrist and forearm against sparks and heat.
Certified to EN 12477:2001+A1:2005 for welding gloves, EN 388:2016+A1:2018 for mechanical risks such as abrasion, cut and puncture, EN 407:2004 for heat and flame protection, and EN 420:2003+A1:2009 for general glove requirements, the ARGON I delivers protection that goes well beyond simple hand warmth. As category II PPE, it's designed for tasks involving a medium level of risk.
Typical applications include welding and deburring work, along with other rough, heavy-duty tasks in trades, construction, the automotive industry and its supply chain, metalworking and mechanical engineering, locksmiths' and repair workshops, petrol stations and truck stops, and glass manufacturing.
