The teXXor® SMS disposable coverall Type 5/6 is built for anyone who needs reliable single-use protection against dust and light liquid splashes without sacrificing comfort. Available in blue in sizes S to 4XL, it works equally well for regular professional use and occasional jobs around the house.
The fabric is a 3-layer SMS nonwoven made from 100% polypropylene, weighing around 55 g/m². This combination keeps the coverall light and breathable despite its protective function, which makes a real difference during longer wear or work in warm conditions. Elasticated cuffs, ankles and waist, a thumb loop, a 3-piece hood and a 3-piece crotch gusset all contribute to a secure fit and freer movement. The covered zip with an additional adhesive strip keeps dust and liquid from getting in at the closure.
On the protection side, the coverall meets several standards at once. EN 13982-1 and EN 13034 confirm protection against solid particles (Type 5) and against light liquid splashes and spray (Type 6). EN 14126 adds protection against infective agents, while EN 1149-5 covers the antistatic finish, which is especially useful in dusty environments. EN 1073-2 certifies protection against contamination by radioactive particles, and EN ISO 13688 sets out the general requirements for protective clothing. As PPE Category III, the coverall is designed to guard against serious risks.
This makes it a practical choice for renovation and refurbishment work, painting and coating jobs, and cleaning tasks, for example in construction, road building, public authorities and organisations, or waste management, wherever heavy dust or light liquid contact is part of the daily routine.
