The teXXor® BREST is a low-cut safety shoe in protection class S1P, designed for anyone who needs dependable foot protection throughout the working day without sacrificing comfort. Its black/grey/yellow colourway with contrasting shaft details also gives it a more contemporary look than typical safety footwear.
The microfibre upper, combined with textile inserts and a reinforced toe protection area, makes the shoe sturdy while keeping it pleasantly lightweight. Inside, a breathable textile functional lining helps prevent uncomfortable sweating even during long shifts. The rubber outsole paired with a Phylon midsole combines cushioning and stability in a single step, which is especially noticeable when standing or walking on hard surfaces for extended periods.
When it comes to protection, the BREST meets EN ISO 20345:2011 in the S1P FO specification. In practical terms, this means a steel toe cap guards against impact and compression, a penetration-resistant midsole protects against sharp objects underfoot, and the outsole is slip-resistant to SRC standards as well as resistant to fuel oil (FO). As Category II PPE, the shoe provides solid baseline protection for demanding work environments.
This makes the BREST well suited to dry environments, industrial settings, warehouses and trade professions – anywhere reliable impact and puncture protection matters, without exposure to wet or chemical conditions being the main concern.
