The teXXor® PU Cut-Resistant Knitted Glove CUT C - Basic is designed for anyone working in trades or industry who needs reliable cut protection without sacrificing dexterity. Its ergonomic fit provides a comfortable feel, while the fine knit gauge allows a high degree of finger movement, making it well suited to tasks that demand precision. The mottled grey design with a blue cuff also makes the glove easy to spot quickly, whether stored in a toolbox or issued to a larger team.
The backing material, made from polyethylene, glass fibre, polyester and spandex, forms the basis of the glove's cut resistance while keeping it breathable enough for extended wear. The polyurethane coating improves grip when handling tools, sheet metal or components, without compromising the flexibility that comes from the knitted construction.
The glove meets the requirements of EN ISO 21420:2020, the general standard for protective gloves, as well as EN 388:2016+A1:2018, which tests resistance to mechanical risks such as cuts, abrasion and tearing. This places it in PSA category II, suitable for work involving an increased risk of injury from sharp edges or materials.
Typical applications include general trade work, mechanical engineering, locksmithing and workshop environments, metal and glass processing, as well as waste disposal, recycling, and packaging or sorting operations.
