The S441 classic rain trousers are designed as overtrousers you can pull on in seconds whenever the weather turns, giving instant protection over whatever you're already wearing. The fully elasticated waistband and generous fit make them easy to wear over regular workwear, while side access openings still let you reach the pockets underneath. The hem adjusts with a press stud, so it sits securely over boots or shoes and keeps water from creeping in from below.
The fabric carries a PFAS-free Texpel™ Splash Eco finish, so water simply beads off the surface instead of soaking in. Paired with welded rather than stitched seams, the trousers stay watertight even in sustained rain, since seams are usually the first weak point in basic rainwear. The PVC coating is REACH compliant, and the fabric stays light and easy to pack away when it's not needed.
The fabric also carries a UPF 40+ rating, blocking 98% of UV radiation, a useful bonus for anyone spending long hours outdoors in strong sun as well as rain.
