The NITRAS helmet insert is the matching interior for the safety helmet item 9500 and is designed for anyone who wants their helmet to fit their head properly. Finished in black and grey, it sits discreetly inside the helmet and keeps it securely in place without pressure points.
The fleece sweatband made of brushed nylon rests on a foam base at the forehead and reliably absorbs sweat before it can run into the eyes, a detail that makes a real difference during physical work or in warm conditions. The 6-point strap system spreads the helmet's pressure evenly across the head instead of concentrating it on single spots, making it noticeably more comfortable to wear over longer periods.
A padded neckband with a ratchet wheel system handles the fit, allowing the size to be adjusted in stages without any tools. With an adjustment range of 53 to 64 cm, the insert covers almost any head size, making it just as suitable on construction sites as in warehouses or production environments where different people share the same helmet.
