The Women's Hybrid Jacket Outdoor-Pro is a lightweight, functional jacket in a sporty quilted and woven fleece design that combines warming properties with exceptional freedom of movement. It suits women who work outdoors or are frequently on the move, such as in outdoor service roles in hospitality and catering, in mobile care and medical services, or in cleaning, and it also serves as a practical companion during leisure time.
The front and back panels are made from recycled polyester and appear quilted, yet they are produced using an innovative ultrasonic process that requires no needle punctures at all. This means no cold bridges form, allowing the padding to deliver its full warming effect. The sleeves and side panels are made from woven fleece with an elastane content, providing high freedom of movement, while the brushed, fluffy fleece lining on the inside of the sleeves adds extra warmth. The inner membrane supports breathability, keeping the jacket comfortable to wear during movement and in changing temperatures. Two side pockets with concealed zips and two large inner pockets provide practical storage for everyday work.
The product is certified to the Global Recycled Standard (GRS), confirming that the recycled polyester content is sourced from post-consumer recycled material and that production meets defined ecological and social requirements. It is also certified to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, meaning it has been tested for harmful substances and offers reassurance for direct skin contact.
As a companion piece to the Men's Hybrid Jacket JM 12, the Outdoor-Pro can also be worn as part of a coordinated team look, ideal for outdoor duties in hospitality, catering, care or cleaning, where warmth, freedom of movement and a neat appearance are all equally important.
