The Agathe women's chef jacket is designed for those who want both a flattering fit and practical functionality in the kitchen. Its close-fitting cut and bust darts give it a distinctly feminine silhouette compared to classic unisex chef jackets, without compromising on freedom of movement. The double-breasted design with ten buttonholes gives it the traditional chef jacket look, while the split cuffs on the sleeves make it easy to roll up sleeves when working near the heat of the stove.
The jacket is made from a hard-wearing twill weave in 100% cotton weighing 210 g/m². The fabric is finished to a high standard and pre-shrunk, so the fit is retained even after repeated washing. Cotton also provides a comfortable, breathable feel during long shifts in warm kitchens. Its suitability for industrial laundering makes the jacket especially practical for professional use with frequent, intensive washing.
The jacket is certified to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, confirming it has been tested for harmful substances – a mark of textiles that are safe to wear against the skin.
Note that the jacket is supplied without buttons or button placket – the matching button placket KL 1 can be ordered separately. As the female counterpart to the Thomas chef jacket, Agathe is well suited to restaurants, hotel kitchens and any catering business that values a consistent, well-presented look for its kitchen team.
