The MOTION TEX KIDS winter jacket from NITRAS is built for children who want to stay outdoors even when it is cold and wet. The black softshell fabric, weighing 340 g/qm, offers high wearing comfort while keeping out wind and moisture, making the jacket a great fit for the school run, the playground or long days out in the fresh air.
The soft outer fabric is paired with a warm winter lining and reinforced at the elbows, so the jacket can keep up with climbing, playing and all kinds of adventurous activities. Adjustable cuffs with hook-and-loop fastening, a hood with a hook-and-loop closure at the neck and built-in pulse warmers all help keep the cold out and the jacket in place during movement. A full-length YKK zip with chin guard and an inner and outer wind stopper complete the closure system, while a stand-up collar adds extra protection for the neck.
The outer fabric withstands a water column of 8,000 mmH2O and is breathable at 3,500 g/qm/24h, so rain stays out while moisture from the inside can escape. Reflective elements improve visibility at dusk and in the dark, adding a real safety benefit in traffic. The extended back panel reliably blocks cold draughts, and the OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100® certification confirms the fabric has been tested for harmful substances, which matters especially for children's clothing.
Inner, chest and side pockets provide plenty of room for gloves, snacks or small treasures collected along the way. The MOTION TEX KIDS winter jacket is also available in adult sizes, making it easy to kit out the whole family with matching gear.
