The Blaklader Supreme Strong winter glove is built for anyone who has to keep working outdoors through cold and wet conditions without losing dexterity. Its short cuff and pre-shaped design make it quick to put on and take off, while the padded palm keeps comfort levels up through a full shift. A genuinely useful touch is the touchscreen function on the back of the index finger, so phones and tablets can be operated without pulling the glove off.
The back of the hand is made from spandex, and the palm from high-quality synthetic leather with reinforced, lightly padded panels – a combination that stays tough on site while keeping a good feel for the work at hand. Inside, a fleece lining paired with 100g Thinsulate insulation provides warmth without making the glove bulky or clumsy. For extra warmth an inner glove can be worn underneath, in which case sizing up on the outer glove is recommended.
Fully lined and waterproof, the glove keeps hands dry even in wet environments. It's certified to EN 388, covering mechanical protection against abrasion, cuts, tearing and puncture, and to EN 511, the standard for protection against cold. It's also chrome-free, a benefit for anyone with sensitive skin.
