The Warnschutz-Contrast Regenmantel H446 is built for anyone working outdoors in wet weather who needs to stay visible, safe and dry. At 122 cm long, it offers noticeably more coverage against the elements than a short jacket, without adding bulk or weight. The stow-away hood tucks in for quick access when not needed, and two roomy pockets give plenty of space for tools or personal items.
The fabric is waterproof and the seams are welded, so water can't get through at the seams, the most vulnerable point of any rain jacket. On top of that, the surface finish is highly water-repellent, so rain beads off rather than soaking in. To stop the wearer overheating despite the closed-up design, a vented back yoke and eyelets keep air moving, while the elasticated inner cuff keeps the fit snug.
As certified hi-vis workwear, the jacket meets EN ISO 20471, and remains compliant even after 25 washes, meaning the visibility holds up over the working life of the garment. Reflective tape and contrast panels also help hide visible dirt while keeping the wearer easy to spot in poor light. The fabric additionally carries a UPF 40+ rating, blocking 98% of UV rays, a useful extra for outdoor work on sunny days. The PVC coating is REACH compliant, the jacket is CE certified, and it's available up to size 6XL, making it a solid option for larger builds too.
