The MOTION TEX VIZ windbreaker from Nitras is a lightweight transitional jacket for anyone working or moving outdoors in changeable weather who wants to stay visible. Its neon yellow colour combined with segmented reflective stripes running around the jacket makes it suitable for roadside work, construction sites, or outdoor sports at dusk. The understated, sporty design means it doesn't read as classic hi-vis workwear, so it works just as well off the job.
The softshell outer fabric weighs in at just 180 g/sqm, keeping the jacket pleasantly light on the body without compromising on protection against wind and light rain. A water column rating of 8,000 mmH2O keeps moisture out reliably, while breathability of 2,000 g/sqm/24h prevents heat build-up even when the jacket is fully zipped. The front inner lining improves comfort where the fabric meets the skin, elastic cuffs keep the sleeves in place during movement, and the compact pack size means the jacket stows away quickly and stays within reach. The full-length YKK zip with chin guard and internal wind flap seals reliably, and the drawcord hood can be adjusted snugly when needed.
Chest and side pockets add practical storage for small tools and everyday items. Certification to OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100® confirms the fabric has been tested for harmful substances, which matters for clothing worn close to the skin.
