The W2 hose clamp is a standard screw-type clamp for securely fastening hoses in trade and industrial applications. With a 12 mm band width and ten different clamping ranges from 16–27 mm up to 90–110 mm, it covers a wide range of hose diameters and can be matched precisely to the job at hand.
Band and housing are made of chrome steel, while the screw features a coated finish. This gives the clamp a robust, corrosion-resistant build that holds up reliably even with frequent use or in demanding conditions. The hexagon screw head with combi cross-slot allows tightening with a screwdriver, socket wrench or ratchet alike, which makes fitting noticeably easier on site.
Manufactured to DIN 3017, the clamp follows a standardised design that ensures even clamping force and a secure fit on the hose.
This clamp is commonly used in building services, vehicle and machinery construction, and anywhere hoses need to be fixed tightly and permanently to connection fittings. It is sold exclusively in pack sizes of 250 or 100 pieces, making it well suited to trade buyers and stock-keeping purposes.
